Vegan BBQ Sauce

Perfect on meat-less balls (we LOVE Aldi’s zesty kind), smoked oyster mushrooms, or pulled jackfruit! This tangy sauce is packed with flavor!

Vegan BBQ Sauce

Whisk together in a sauce pan:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 Tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (like Red Hot)
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 2 Tbsp grape jelly (be sure your jelly contains fruit pectin and not gelatin)

Simmer over medium heat, allowing the flavors to intensify, about 5 minutes. Serve warm, or store in fridge until ready to use.
